Founded in 2023, bread. was built on the principles of function and craftsmanship. We apply these values to create bespoke furniture of heirloom quality – pieces designed to last for years to come. Designer

Matt is a designer with a passion for creating kitchens that feel as good to live in as they look. With years of experience designing bespoke kitchens and bars, he guides clients through the whole journey — from the first ideas to the final installation — making sure the process feels straightforward and collaborative.

He believes the best kitchens balance everyday practicality with a sense of style, and he enjoys shaping spaces that reflect the individuality of each home. Twice nominated for KBB’s Kitchen Designer of the Year, Matt combines industry recognition with a down-to-earth approach that puts clients at ease.

His aim is simple: to create kitchens that stand the test of time; spaces filled with warmth, character, and thoughtful detail.

Ellie Greenaway

Studio Coordinator

Ellie keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes at Bread. As Studio Coordinator, she looks after the day-to-day organisation of projects, making sure details don’t get lost and timelines stay on track. She’s the friendly point of contact for clients, helping with updates and making sure communication feels clear and easy.

With an eye for detail and a calm, practical approach, Ellie brings structure to the creative process so the studio can focus on designing and making.
